Kuwaity parliament apprved Amir's decision for a single gift to each Kuwaity citizen

Each Kuwaity native citizen will receive a one-time gift of 200 Kuwaity dinars (approx. 694USD).
According to Associated press, the Kuwaity parliament approved unanimously Amir's decision and ordered the ammount to be payd to every single Kuwaity citizen, irrelevant of the age.
Eligible for this gift are only native Kuwaity citizens, and excludes all foreign workers, which are totalling above 2.5 mil.
For reference the native Kuwaity citizens are around 1mil people.
